The Idaho Cutting Horse Association (ICHA) will host their third annual spring “Welcome to Idaho” party on March 18, 2010 proudly joining this year with the Southwest Idaho Tourism Association (SWITA).
This Spring Aged Event and Weekend Show being held March 17-21, 2010 at the Idaho Center is a 5 day event bringing members to the local Idaho area from Canada, Oregon, Washington, Nevada, Montana, Wyoming, Utah, and surrounding Idaho regions. The ICHA has members all over the United States, making this a natural union for SWITA and the ICHA to support one another.
SWITA provides members with educational programs and networking events that create opportunities for you to meet and mingle and create new opportunities with fellow members. SWITA also actively promotes the region as a travel destination through its advertising and marketing efforts that support and enhance those of its members and others in the industry.
SWITA represents Idaho’s Region 3, and includes Ada, Adams, Boise, Canyon, Elmore, Gem, Owyhee, Payette, Valley and Washington counties. The organization receives grant funds from the Idaho Travel Council to promote travel to our region, which in turn provides economic benefits to our members and our communities.
On March 18, 2010 from 5:30 pm to 8:30 pm at the Idaho Center Sports Arena Concessions Area, (their beautiful new, 6,000 sq ft addition); the ICHA will host their 2010 Welcome to Idaho Party joining with SWITA for a networking experience like never before.

How to get your business involved in this night of fun:
For only $75 you receive a 2010 membership to SWITA plus a table at the Welcome to Idaho Event on March 18, 2010. Food establishments, breweries and Exhibitors bring samples, banners, and fliers only; tables, skirts, napkins, eating utensils, etc. all provided by ICHA. Tables will be provided for all SWITA members. Current SWITA members, tables are only $35 and includes your business listed in the Idaho Statesman Tab. Restaurants pay only SWITA membership of $40.
Your membership and involvement in SWITA helps to enhance and carry out selected programs that are designed to promote the entire region. Membership will provide you access to those industry professionals actively working to bring travel and tourism dollars to area businesses.
As a member of SWITA your establishment will receive a link on the SWITA website and the ICHA website giving you opportunities to reach both our members with your announcements in our e-mail advertising all year long. You will also receive recognition in our Idaho Statesman Tabs inviting the locals to our March 18th event from 5:30 to 8:30 pm at the Idaho Center Sports Arena Concessions Area.
Free to local public to come and network…..and meet our vendors. Tickets on sale for sampling for $15 includes wrist band to enjoy wine tastings and food samples. Watching the Cutting, visiting our vendors, and networking is FREE. Great for your business and fun for the whole family.
